1. Services
Stayments Massage offers a variety of wellness treatments, including Thai massage, oil massage, foot massage, and more, as well as promotions like our 250 Baht Thai or foot massage deal. All services are provided by trained professionals at our Nimman location.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

• Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, and select digital payments (Thai mobile banking)

• Promotions (e.g., 250 Baht Thai or foot massage) are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

• Prices are in Thai Baht and inclusive of applicable taxes.

 

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

• Refunds are not available for completed services. If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

• Promotional offers (e.g., 250 Baht deal) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a price reduction.

• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your massage to ensure a safe experience.

• Respect our staff and premises. Inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the session without a refund.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

• Stayments Massage is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow staff instructions.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings at our premises.

• Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos (e.g., Stayments Massage branding), is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

 

7. Website Usage

• You may use our website to browse services, book appointments, and contact us.

• Do not use our website for unlawful purposes, including hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
